How to Switch to TM While Keeping Your Number

Switch to TM SIM with your current number using TM Mobile Number Portability (MNP). Keep calls, texts, and contacts the same.

1. Valid ID (passport, driver’s license, SSS ID).
2. Proof of ownership for the current SIM.
3. Active number with good standing (no debts).
4. TM load of at least ₱50.
5. MNP form from the Globe store.

1. Go to a Globe store or TM retailer.
2. Fill the MNP form with ID and current number.
3. Pay ₱50 for the portability fee.
4. Get confirmation SMS in 2–3 days.
5. Receive a new TM SIM with the same number.
6. Activate SIM and check registration status.

1. Choose a store with fewer customers for faster service.
2. Backup contacts before the switch.
3. Test calls and data after activation.
4. Register a new SIM if it hasn’t been auto-registered.
5. Contact Globe (211) for issues.
